I grew up helping my family run a Thai street food restaurant. My mom opened her restaurant in Chiang Mai 40 years ago and I was always in the kitchen cutting vegetables and helping my mother prepare fresh ingredients since I was young. One of the greatest gifts that my mother passed on to me was her recipes.
