Inspired by their mother’s recipes, sisters, Bebe Lach (Chef-Owner) and Thip Tran (Owner), uses local and seasonal ingredients to create a unique twist on modern Lao cuisine. Re-creating full flavored dishes with spice, funk, earthy-bitterness that is the essence of Lao food. A casual restaurant focused on the kind of food they loved eating growing up.
